I always dye my hair. My hair was down to the middle of my back. After dying my hair for 6 years all different colors. I thought I would take a break. I also cut my hair very short last year, to help the red come out.I cut it a couple time since then to make sure I don't have deadends. My hair isn't growing at all. My hair should be longer then what it is by now. Do you think dying my hair again would help or what should I do???
Can your hair go into shock??? no, but you can be over processing. you didnt have to cut the red out, thats crazy.. every 7 years our bodies go thru a complete change, things slow down as we get older as well. be paitent and be sure you keep your hair conditioned before and after colors. and if possible stay away from bleaching our hair, that causes the most damage, not colors. good luck
