Hair color?? why are people mean to blondes, and why is it considered weird to have hair thats outra

I know this guy from thailand, and he was jus going on and on about how BORING girls over here can be! (not personality wise).....he is saying how everbody basically has the same hair style and color, and that they all dress alike...and that we are all clones.

he deeply admires the outrageous girls who have their own style and love to experiment with their hair...

and this got me thinking.....(ps, im in highschool)....Why is everybody's hair a shade of Boring Brown? usually its long and straight too...

and also, why is there a battle of hair color? brunette v. blond?

i mean come one WHO came up with blond jokes? i am on the A honor roll, and gosh im...yeah you guessed it...a blond.? we arnt all jessica simpsons..and i dont even think that she is dumb at all.......

boys say....brunettes are intelligent...but WHOA baby, i have to disagree. brunettes AND blondes AND black AND rainbow AND white are intelligent

Hair color?? why are people mean to blondes, and why is it considered weird to have hair thats outrageous?

As a brunette I'd like to say that your right there is a constant battle between blondes and brunettes. To tell you the honest truth i've always felt threatened by blondes because I've always felt they were prettier and that guys like them more. but I have nothing against blondes and anybody who doesn't like someone else because of their haircolour is just being dumb and immature.

Hair color?? why are people mean to blondes, and why is it considered weird to have hair thats outrageous?

hey i totally agree i am a blond myself and also on the honor rule and have you ever noticed blonds are actually smart it is the dyed blonds that give us a bad name!!!!!!!( no disrespect to others)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hair color?? why are people mean to blondes, and why is it considered weird to have hair thats outrageous?

You are totally right. Just because your hair color is different doesn't mean you're more stupid than someone else. It's like hair racism. People really should'nt be mean to blondes I mean what did they do? probably nothing. I'll bet that some guy way back when made fun of a blonde and it snowballed into what it is today.

As to why having outrageous hair is weird..... hang on I'll go ask my robot companion Ramirez....................................

.........................................

.........................................

He says that he doesn't know what hair is. But I'm everyone that doesn't have crazy hair is just jealous. I know I am. Man do I wish that I had a purple Mohawk.

Hair color?? why are people mean to blondes, and why is it considered weird to have hair thats outrageous?

red, long and curly is the best, i know loads off blokes that say that they would rather go out with a red head then any other colour

Hair color?? why are people mean to blondes, and why is it considered weird to have hair thats outrageous?

idk why blonds get so much flack but some bring it upon them selvs and i dont doubt ur intelleigents u seem pretty smart and inlectual so i wouldnt worry about it. And the thing about the guy from thailand he should be the last one to talk all asian women in genearl look alike there are way more differences in amarican women at least thats my 2 cents

Hair color?? why are people mean to blondes, and why is it considered weird to have hair thats outrageous?

yes an intellegent girl! you are right, hair color has nothing to do with how smart they are. however, genetics does...so people use hair color to assume. for example, black hair (asians) do better in school. but dont always believe those stereotypes.

and for that thai dude who says every girl is boring here in the US, its true. Girls in school are pretty much into conformity. Everyone copies each other...because if someone is popular, they want to look like them. We are afraid if we look very different from the group, we get made fun of. Its very rare to find someone who has a unique individual style. In other countries, girls are not afraid to have their own individual style and are comfortable with showing it.

Naturally straight hair- how can I make it curly or wavyish?

I have naturally dark brown/black hair straight hair. My hair almost never holds in styles, unless I put a bunch of hair gel and mousse-which I hate having in my hair, and pretty much refuse to use. Anywho, I have always loved wavy hair, but everytime I try to make my hair wavy it becomes straight in two hours or so. Any tips on making it wavy, without getting a perm or using a lot of gel (I don't mind a little, if it does truely get the job done)?

Naturally straight hair- how can I make it curly or wavyish?

Mmhh I say:

-Wet your hair alittle

-Put ALITTLE mousse in it

-Braid ur hair into 4 braids

-Let the braids sit atleast 4 hrs. (overnight ideally)

-Undo the braids n put Garnier Fructis Surf Stlye Texturizing spray on ur hair (or any texturing spray)

-work the product through ur hair.

-Try to seperate the waves alittle to make them look more natural

-Atleast spray alittle finishing hair spray on ur hair

N u should have beautiful hair! Hope I helped :]

Naturally straight hair- how can I make it curly or wavyish?

Curls galore by morning.

Naturally straight hair- how can I make it curly or wavyish?

Naturally straight hair- how can I make it curly or wavyish?

ok when you get a shower immediately after put your hair in a bun... sleep in it over night.....when you wake up take it out and it should be curly....hair spray it to hold the curls and tada curly hair...this works for me and me hair is the same as yours...{i use this style all the time }

Hair advice/help/pics...etc.?

hey guys, okay..well

my hair is already layered and it's a very dark honey golden type of blonde naturally. I really love the color and it even has some tintish red in it too. Kinda cool..anyways, im getting a little bored with it. I got layers about a year ago. Got some more recently, kinda spiced it up a little. I'm ready to change it again though and seriously considering sideswept bangs with light blonde highlights and possibly a very loose perm (NOT tight curls)

anyways..I live in Taiwan and so trying to explain to people what you want done to your hair in Chinese (of all languages) can be kinda scary sometimes. I dont want my hair ruined. So i usually bring a picture, but im having a really hard time finding a GOOD picture of side swept bangs/highlights that i can show to my hair stylist.

so could anyone direct me to a website w/ lots of pics or give me one of their own. I'm specifically looking for a GOOD PICTURE of highlights that are very easy to see on blonde hair.ty(

Hair static?

My hair is EXTREMELY prone to static. I mean, if I do so much as blink, it will stand straight up or stick to my face. I hate it. Is there any DISCREET way to handle static hair? People tell me to get Static Guard but say that it smells. People tell me to use dryer sheets, but I don't want to rub dryer sheets all over myself in public. I sometimes rub some lotion into my hands and rub my hands over my hair, but even then, people give me weird looks. I can't use conditioner because of my hair type. I spray my hair with hairspray every day. Is there anything else I can do???

Hair static?

from my understanding if you have a prob with static it can be because your hair is too dry and lacking in moisture. the reason why rubbing lotion into your hair from your hands might work for abit is because the lotion acts as a temporary moisture.

at least for me whenever i blow dry my hair for too long and use hairspray (alcohol will dry hair) then i notice at some point in the day - i'll have my hair sticking to my face from static.

when i notice that static is a problem i will focus on moisturizing my hair more. usually that means in the winter time.

i use a moisturizing shampoo and also a moisturizing conditioner. also when my hair is towel-tried, i'll add just a drop of bumble and bumble's defrizz lotion..i find that prevents static or frizziness with my hair.

i think if you keep spraying with hairspray it'll be fine at first when it's still wet then once it dries..it'll just build up static again.

Hair static?

i don't know i don't have thta problem

Hair static?

Aveda smoothing fluid.

I have the same issue, and have used it since my stylist recommended it. Word - a LITTLE goes a long way....

Hair static?

Hairspray gets rid of static, even in your clothes!! Try it

Hair static?

try some of the shine serums that you get in the drugstore...it puts a coat of silicone on your hear to help it lay flat and shine.

Hair static?

you've pretty much covered all the options you can do for hair static.

Hair static?

simple...a dryer sheet

no kidding

works wonders

do it before you leave the house and it shouldnt be a problem but if by chance it does just keep an extra one in ur purse and pop into a women's room

Hair static?

get silk therapy or you can get a drier sheet and run it threw your hair.

Excess Male facial hair?

I am 18 years old with black hair and light brown skin.

I've started to notice excess facial hair below my eyes but above my beard. I am perfectly ok with my normal beard but this extra hair just above it and parallel to it affects my look. I also have a little between my eyebrows (uni-brow in the making) and some hair on the extreme corners of my eye brows.

I have contemplated shaving the excess hair or even trimming it but cutting hair stimulates growth which i definitely don't want.

I need some hair removal methods that are long lasting but no permanent to get this hair outta the way. But since this area is very very sensitive i wont just use any cream or method without proof that it does not have side effects such as rashes etc.

If anyone knows a few good methods please share.

PS. i heard something about salons doin this for you but im not sure.

Thanks in advance

Excess Male facial hair?

You can try waxing. I know your a man but you can try a womans product(it won't kill you)hair removal cream.

How to have a rad hair, "scene hair"?

Shorter choppy layers towards the top of your head and longer layers throughout the rest. To get the "puffy" just tease tease tease! Also use lots of hairspray. That's what most of the scene kids do.

A good tutorial on how to tease your hair:
