i have naturally blonde hair, but i dyed it once recently so it would look blonder (it was turning into a dirty blonde color that i dont like) and it came out yellow. my hair when i was younger was platinum blonde, and i want a hair dye like that. the hair dye i used that made it a little too yellowish was herbal essenses. is there a drug store brand that has a platinum blonde dye that won't do damage to my hair? my hair is fine and i straighten it so i dont want it to fall out

you could bleach it......just be careful and don't overdo it, ask your stylist.

If you dyed your hair a few days ago, it would be better if you keep it that way until the dye washes off, because it will cause some damage to your hair if you dye your hair anytime soon.

I have been dying my hair since I was 13 (so for 8 years) and I have always used Revlon... I tried a couple different brands here and there but I have found that Revlon works the best in my hair. I straighten it, curl it, blow dry it, and the only damage I have is split ends. So I guess all I can say is give it a try.
