Brown hair growing in?

Alright. I have Dark brown hair that looks black most of the time but now it is coming out light brown like my grandfather had it. I have medium hair length. Should I get a buzzcut so that all the hairs will grow brown? How can I get all my hair to go brown without chopping it all off? I don't want to die it, because I'm a male and I think that's kind of gay. Plus, that would damage my hair in the long run.

Oh, and my friend also had dark brown hair and he started using this shampoo and I just saw him yesterday and I asked him "Wow, nice hair it looks so much lighter". He told me it was sunsilk shampoo. Where do they sell this stuff?

Yeah, if you are a guy and don't mind a buzz cut, go for it. But you can get Sunsilk at pretty much and drugstore, like WalMart or Target....your grocery store probably even has it.

Your hair could be getting lighter do to sun and stuff like that or maybe it's just growing in darker and will change color again once it's in the light and everything for a while.

They sell sunsilk at drugstores, but you may smell girly after. I've never seen it for men.
