Hair condition?

My hair has not been the way that I want it to be. Before it used to be straight, but I cut it really short in December, and i kept it tied all the time. Now, it kind of curls at the end, but its not pretty. Its like you have short hair and it flips at the back and the end. I want it straight, without using the straightener or the permanent straight perm. And if I do have to use the straightener, any tips on doing the back hair? Also, how do you make your hair thicker and softer? I already eat a lot of protein. What kind of shampoo should I use? The one for normal hair? Please don't give exact brands since I live in Italy...

Thanx!

Hair condition?

A vitamin/mineral supplement with lots of filtered water should help. Eat right, get lots of rest, exercise. Stay away from swimming pools because of the chlorine :(

DO NOT over eat the protein,,,, bad for your kidneys.

Sunsilk Hydra TLC

Hair condition?

you can use conditioner. and when you brush your hair while it's wet, brush it from the inside. and when your about to brush the end of your hair, curl your brush in, toward your head-and brush down. it works. you do it a lot of times, and it's start looking better.

For thickersofter hair use NEXXUS thickening shampoo.

Try blow drying your hair straight ( with a FLAT paddle brush)

then put a little hairspray so it stays. If that doesnt work then use a Straightener. Alll you have to do is flipp your head over then blowdry/straighten your hair. Then it should be straight!

Hair condition?

yes, get some straightening serum, put it in evenly while your hair is still damp, then blowdry it straight. I have thin, collar-length hair and i like to bend over and flip my hair to get some body so it doesnt look limp.

also, for conditioning. go to henna for hair .com and do some research there. Think about buying some cassia, it is all natural, a plant that is dried and ground, used for centuries by women for conditioning your scalp and thickening hair! i've bought henna from this site to dye my hair red SAFELY, and highly recommend it.

hope this helps! good luck!
