also, I'm going to get my hair cut and relaxed. normally I straighten my hair everyday. When I go in to get my hair cut and relaxed, should I straighten it first, or should I go in with my really curly hair? I've never gotten my hair relaxed before, so I don't know what I should do? any help?

first, you can relax your hair with perm soloution but it wont last but a week, dont let the stylist rob you with this ineffective procedure, it will look good at first but it will become curly again in a week.. Any good stylist is gonna wet your hair before cutting it if they have a clue as to what they are doing. keep styling your hair the way you usually do.
