Wanting hair colour gold?

just wanna dye my hair a nice gold colour

went to a hairdresser it ended up costing me $40. to have copper colour streaks in my hair the hairdresser pulled the cap of i will admit i liked what i saw at the time but the next morning the whole lot of my hair was the one colour so im not happy :(

she asked me what i wanted.i said gold streaks.sorry sir we dont actually do streaks.okay i go she goes ill just get a colour chart.and she was looking at diffrent colours .i agreed yes that colour she was pointing we come to a agreement so she dyed it.

my hair i sat there two hours by she probe and had me in tears of pain cos of the threadding of the hair throw the cap

then she goes would you like fix copper streaks or large one large one i go.

so im making a complaint to the store owner or going to cusomers affairs if she doesnt fix it

what im after is a gold streak colours any reccomendations on hair dye to do this or hair colour charts

any help would be nice

I Know how your feeling, some beauty shops will tell you anything to take your money.....some hair is more resistant to color than others, I myself am very fair, and I can go to the drugstore and buy haircolor, and it makes me a pretty goldern blond.....my daughter on the other hand has to go to a expensive shop and have her hair bleached and then the color added, I wish I know the texture of your hair, if I was you, I would go to the drugstore, and by the lightest NATURAL BLOND you can find, do not buy GOLDEN BLOND because you already dyed your hair, and you said it has copper tones, the golden blond will only bring out the copper tones more, you now want to tone that down, and remember,,,,NEVER AND I MEAN NEVER BUY ASH BLOND and the reason for that, is it brings out green tones, and you don't want green hair,,,,,,,,,it might look pretty on the box.....but its not the way to go......trus me.....if the lightest natural blond does not work, you will have to invest money in a really good beauty shop,,, anyone charging only fourty dollars for hair color is not a good shop....sometimes you get what you pay for.....I wish you luck.......this has happened to so many of us, but remember its only hair......and if you have your health and a loving family.....all is good.....
